I'm faced to the error message when i connecting orchestrator

I could not connect the orchestrator server after updated Ver. ‘2019.10’.

The message is below picture.

Is anything solved this error?

I tired to this post but encounter same error.

Now when i try to connect the orchestrator, i got the Windows Event message about the post ‘2019.10 LTS: Orchestrator - strange error’.
