I want to add my Uipath Adavance Certification to Upwork

Hi i recently completed the UIpath Advance Certification UiARD. Im a bit confused as to how we can add it to Upwork. i can add it manually but it is not very nice as it doesnt have the certified by Upwork. Any idea on how i can add it
