I can't make a new upload regarding the Client security hash project

Hello, I hope you are well

Recently I uploaded my project without running it, the platform seems to have accepted the project but my rating is 0.

Today I ran it and received “Passed” status on ACME, but my avg score is still 0/100.

What do I do?

The hashes have no space and are correct, and in addition, my community login account is a Microsoft account, and in ACME I used the same email.

It’s difficult to find a solution, please help me!

Hi @Luca2

Please check on this

Regards,

Hello @Luca2

  1. Ensure you are using the correct ACME account associated with UiPath Academy.
  2. Double-check hashes and ensure there are no extra spaces.
  3. Wait for some time, as there might be delays in the ACME system updating scores.
  4. If the issue persists, contact UiPath Academy support for assistance.
  5. Consider re-uploading your project to ensure the latest results are reflected.
  6. Clear your browser cache and log in again to check for updates.

Thanks & Cheers!!!

Am having the same issue. have created a ticket Academy Support, but am not optimistic that I will hear anything soon. My entire training is held up by this problem that has existed for years and UiPath have never done anything about it. Really, really reflects poorly on UiPath

No amount of time will make a difference if Academy has already marked it as graded (which it has). No one else will ever look at it.

In Fact, this persistent problem with automated grading is an excellent example of why we can’t just replace all human workers with bots: Because there are some tasks bots just can’t perform (apparently including grading these assignments).
