I cant add new roles for collaborators

Hi There,

I want to add more roles other than idea submitter, Process won’t and citizen developer. As per the guide below, I change the settings and add new roles but when I go to the submitted idea page and want to see the new rules, I cant.
Can anyone help, please?

Hi Rahul,

Thank you. Reading it again gave me the hint. I was doing this step but didn’t assign the role to the user in the collaborator section in user roles.
