Is it possible to grant access only to those projects to which people are assigned as collaborators? I don’t want them to see projects to which they are not assigned.

I did a research and see that I can only use categories (departments), custom roles and collaborator roles, but users still will see all automations within their departments. I want to grant access to each automation separately.

With the current capabilities I don’t think there is any role that you can create as such…but one thing that you can do is have different sub folders and add grant access to each sub folder for different set of people as needed in the department
