You seem to have two tables really rather than one. One is your core data, that above the Events Planned line.
And a second table below the Events Planned line.
Assign the relevant variables to each table and then you can append range into excel.
is it possible to get a sample showing fetching of data from database then passing the values from database to excel and then using to create that table please
