How to upload local files to ADLS Gen2 - Azure DataLake

Hello folks,

Our aim is to upload files from local folder to ADLS Gen2 folder. I know UiPath has Blob container activities under the Azure package, but I have learned that these activities are not compatible with ADLS. As an alternative, I can use PowerShell scripts. However, are there any other activities in Studio that can reduce our efforts here?

Hi @GouthamVijay,

In addition to the Azure CLI method mentioned in the other post, you could also use the ADLS API

This way you can use HTTP request activity within UiPath Studio without needing to call a specific ADLS operation via a CLI or a PowerShell script.

Specifically, since you are interested in creating a file this endpoint is what you would have to explore.

Kindly update this thread when you find a solution, might help someone else in the future.
