Could anyone please tell me in which condition we have to upload solution for “genrate yearly Report”?
Mean to say, is it mandatory all WI4 status has to be “completed” in acme test?

Zip both your dispatcher and performer file once you have completed the performer run. Upload the zip file containing both workflows in the UiPath assignment tab.

Do not reset your test data on ACME as this will have all the WI4 work items as “Complete” and UiPath checks on it.
