There are 2 separate things:

Orchestrator user - is the user that you use to login in Orchestrator

Robot username - its the robot username. When you provide a robot (from Robots page) you have to enter: Machine name (the robot machine name, you can find in windows system); Name of the robot; Domain\Username - its the username of the machine (the user that you use to login on that machine; if its a domain user than you have to enter: domain\user); Password - the login user password
