How to run the robot on Orchestrator?

Hi, all.
I ask you a question.

I want to run the Robot, but there is an error.
“Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password”

I cannot understand what is the “user name”.
When joinning Orchestrator, I have to set some names, “Tenancy name”, “Name”, “Surname”.
Which is the “user name”? How should I type it?
I tried “MySurname/admin” but that error was shown.

Please tell me…

Looks like i got you wrong .
You have logged in orchestrator and while managing robot your getting this error then follow up this.

Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password

The username or password is incorrect. If your Robot username is in a domain please write it in the “domain\username” format.

I cannot start job in Orchestrator

There are 2 separate things:

1. Orchestrator user - is the user that you use to login in Orchestrator

2. Robot username - its the robot username. When you provide a robot (from Robots page) you have to enter: Machine name (the robot machine name, you can find in windows system); Name of the robot; Domain\Username - its the username of the machine (the user that you use to login on that machine; if its a domain user than you have to enter: domain\user); Password - the login user password
