Seems like package version not stable check in manage package try to upgrade the webapi package and try

If you are using latest package version of UiPath.WebAPI.Activities then you will have to downgrade it as it’s not supported on your Studio version.

Try this version: 1.11.0

Fallow the steps below. If I helped you, mask as solved.
Try downgrading the current package you are using. For example, in my case I am using 1.21.1. You could try downgrading to version 1.21.0.
