How to renewal the BOT in enterprise edition

Hi All,

I hope everyone doing well.
Tomorrow two BOTs license is getting expired, I need to renewal the same, I have the license keys can someone please guide me to how to add the license keys.
It would be very helpful for me to complete the task.

Hi,

We can activate license using UiPath.LicenseTool.exe. See the following in details.

20.10

latest

Can you robot connect to internet? if not see the offline activate section in the above document.
If online, just the following

UiPath.LicenseTool.exe activate -l xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx

And perhaps you should check grace period using UiPath.LicenseTool.exe info in advance.

Is orchestrator is in place? or the licenses are stand alone?

If that’s just renewal of licenses and licenses are configured Online

then visit your host orchestrator and in licenses tab, click on Update → It’ll automatically update that.

In this organisation orchestrator is not using, using only studio

Hi,
FYI

Recent license has End date(Expired date) and grace period as the following image.
We can renew license between end date and end date including grace period.

So first, check end date including grace period, then make plan when to renew.

Or

If your renewal key is same with current key, it might be able to renew before current end date.

If you need more accurate information, perhaps you should contact reseller.
