How to read data from Electricity Meter?

In that case if you want the uipath to read that for my suggestion use Abbyy Flexi capture for that and you will get the output.and do the automation with uipath studio. @Pankit

You can use Microsoft Vision but this requires an Azure Subscription. You can sign up for free and use up to 5000 requests to their Azure Vision API
