Electricity Bill Generation using RPA+AI

Use Case Description

Problem Statement:
In some rural places of India, Automated meter reading systems have been not implemented to retrieve the Electricity meter reading. So build this use case where we can implement the RPA+AI on this complete end-end use case.

Solution using RPA+AI:
Collect meter reading data: The first step is to collect the meter reading data. This can be done by taking a snap of the meter and uploading it to the electricity board portal. The meter reader would then record the reading data and input it into the billing system.

Using Document understanding along with AI/ML predefined datasets can retrieve the information from the picture that the user uploaded.

Post that calculation will be taken care of by the standalone RPA bots and then an invoice will be generated later the bot will send the mail to the end customers. Also, the due date of the bill also taken care of by the bot itself.
