How to print an Excel sheet with only data inside the borders?

Hi,

I would like to print an excel sheet. However, as I print preview, it shows the whole sheet from top to the end even when there is no data inside the cell except borders.
How do I solve this?

Thanks

@Shannon_Quek

Ideally if boarders or formatting is present even then it is considered as used cwll only…that is the reason it is selecting those as well…

Instead select a specific range you need and then try to print and select print selected range

Hi @Anil_G,

However, the selected cells vary with each Excel Sheet and some Sheets may take some time to select all the cells with data

@Shannon_Quek

Try reading the data and then filter the datatable with non empty rows…then we can get the cell ramge and use it

Cheers

Hi @Anil_G,

Are you able to guide me along the way on how to filter the datable with non-empty rows?
Also for reading the data, we use read range right?

@Shannon_Quek

  1. Use read range activity for reading the data
  2. Use filter datatable activity and open filter wizard and give the column name on the left side in which for each row you know that the data would be present… and then select is not empty and keep on the top

Hope this helps

Cheers
