How to pass data extracted from DirectoryFiles and insert them in Drop-Down-List in "Forms"

Dears,

How to pass data extracted from Directory Files and insert them in Drop-Down-List in “Forms” ?
I managed to create one XAML example, but I face the following Issues :
1- Data are duplicated in the “Drop-Down-List”
2- Not able to get the output from “Gendre” & “Country” in Msg Box
