How to insert images in word document in the fixed position

Hi Folks,

Can we insert images in the word document at a specified position (like after some specific text)
Could any one please share your ideas on automating this scenario?

Note: It’s not about replacing the image, but inserting 1 or multiple images. We can’t get the alternate text of the image
