How to get text from a application and see if true in excel and paste a value

Hi – I want to update a value in Adjust dollar field see below.Before that there will be several codes listed above.

E.g you can see CD3 and CD4. – I have given write range and excel path. In that excel i will update CD4 for $1.

Bot should go to the web application and should search for CD4 and then it should click Adjust dollar and update $1. Can you help?
