How to get teams meeting messages without use of azure in uipath

Hello,

My requirement is to get teams meeting all chats once meeting is over.
I tried with uipdath and azure integration to get teams messages. i created worklflow aslo suggested by @Cristian_Negulescu

but , the issue is my company not giving me acccess to view /create app in azure or grant any permissions giving below error in azure.

is any other way to get teams messages using UiPath /power automate / api/with any other tool
help me on same.
