How to create the Robot in Orchestrator 2021.10 version?

Hi ,

I am not able to find the option to create the Robot in the latest version of Uipath orchestrator.
In the Tenant session we can see the Robot. But not able to create a new robot, whereas its showing only the configured Robots.

Navigate to Tenant click on Robots then create bot
