How to create template for bot execution apply under send email notification.?

Hi Guys, I am trying to create a send notification work flow and it will provide the info about the bot execution details and will send an email to business with proper format.

Below format is required

Bot {{placeholderforprojectname}} was {{projectstatus}} at {{placeholderforcompletiontime}}

Input Folder : {{inputfolder}}

Output Folder : {{outputfolder}}

{{placeholderforprojectdetails}}

Hi @ahmed4566 ,

You can have a predefined template created and use send outlook mail message or send smtp mail

when the execution of the bot is completed by placing it in end state of the reframework.

We can add customised report based on the need of the business
