How to change the email account of the "Use Desktop Outlook App" activity

Hi guys I have a problem changing the outlook account in the “Use Desktop Outlook App”. I want to add a new outlook account but the activity seems does not provide me this option. How can I solve this problem?

Just click on the dropdown and you will be able to see all the connected accounts with your Outlook application.

  1. Instead of “Use Desktop Outlook App”, you can use “Get Outlook Mail Messages” and specify the account manually.
  2. If the above method don’t work, try creating a new Outlook profile

The account dropdown displays the email accounts logged into your Outlook application on your local system. You can select the account you want to use.
