How to achieve the situation for adding values in to blank column of the datatable?

Hi all,

I have a situation like i have to add values from another datatable into an existing datatable in which one column name is already predefined named as Column D

But when i am using merge datatable values are coming below of the values but i want to have it from the 1st cell itself.

Column D should be filled up from 1st cell itself. and i dont want to use write cell for that. i need final datatable which should be written in this output excel in single shot
