Hotkey not working through window task scheduler

Hello folks,

I scheduled robot using task scheduler in client VM. The initial automation is to send hotkey as enter on SAP logon 740 window. It was happening only after task scheduler window is opened on background. Now, I tested through running manually without task scheduler even now it was not passing hotkey as enter instead if something open on background it was working. Please suggest on the same
