Hello @Mandava_Naresh

Is this format a fixed one?

If yes, you can use Create HTML content activity to create your html format and then using the automation flow add values to the html content.

Then you can enable ISHTml in the send mail activity and add the html as mail body.

Hi @Mandava_Naresh Can we take screenshot of the excel range and add it in body of the email?. Is that okay for you?

Yeah first priority is to copy the excel content to email body. If it is not working then excel screenshot is also fine.

When i am review the below reference link from forum i could see the requirement same as yours. the below forum link have VB code to get the whole content from the excel data without losing any format. please give it a try. thanks.
