This is the error:

On the target machine where you are trying to run the bot is unable to find the required library to download

You can either copy the library from any other machine /Dev machien may be to the .nuget folder on the prod machine…

Else check if the required feed is added in your orchestrator

Check with your network security team to see if the server is blocked from accessing the package feed.
