Could not load file or assembly problem initiated from Orchestrator

I’m trying to run my process from orchestrator(Unattended) to a VM. The first step is to open a browser but I always get this problem:

Open Browser: Could not load file or assembly 'UiPath.Interop, Version=21.4.2.1,

It works well on my local, it only gives the problem when I run it VM. I’ve checked the version of the UiPath of both my Local and VM and they are the same. I’m not sure if this is can affect the problem but. The UiPath in the VM is not signed-in, though the UiPath assistant is Connected to my orchestrator. I haven’t tried running other activities, but this problem always occur whenever I try to open a browser.
