I have tried resetting the password. it is still the same with the new password.

Log a ticket, support team used to reset from Backend. I did face this long time back and the Support team helped to unlock.
Here, username is not email id. Enter correct username and then try once.
If you don’t remember then use Forgot your password option then you will use username and password reset link through registered mail id.
