Login failed

Hi, some users said that when they tried to login to the Academy, it always prompted “Wrong credentials provided”.
They changed their passwords a lot of times, but this message still pops up. They still can not login. Any idea?

I have the same issue when i try to login with the academy email to login, but strangely it is working with the user name I gave in the academy and I’m using my username to login. Can you try that?

Uipath Academy is now restricted to Username only, can’t use email id for login .
They stopped login facilities from public email accounts now as per my knowledge…

I believe contacting our Academy team for specific issues is the best course of action here :slight_smile:
