Help with reading datatable in loop

Hi everyone, I am having trouble inputting data from a data table into my notepad. I have it in a while loop and it always works on the first found but after that, it will not input the data I need to the notepad file. I have posted screenshots of my workflow along with the output of the notepad file I keep getting. I would really appreciate the help!!
