HD Robots and modern folders

hello everyone,

i have an orchestrator side scenario with 5 servers, 10 licenses and the hd robots.

my need is to deploy some robots that have particular machine configurations only with one user and only on server 1.

Is it correct to manage it this way: user1, user2, user3, user4 inherited from modern folder root and triggers set to any machine any user.

In another folder, in the trigger, user5 only on machine 1.

How does orchestrator, if I were to “block” some users to run only on a specific machine, only with a specific user, trigger the other jobs?

Is this the correct approach or are there others?

Your setup will work.

Alternatively, you can setup account-machine mapping and keep all users in same folder.

Folder separation are usually used for separating processes based on logical criteria such as business departments (eg. Finance, HR, Legal, IT, etc) or business entities (eg. CompanyA, CompanyB, CompanyC, etc) or regional area (eg. Asia, Europe, etc) or countries (eg. Japan, Korea, India, etc).
