Hi, I want to ask two questions about Modern Folder and Robot on orchestrator

As robot in Modern Folder is relied on the users.

Do robots have same access permission on resources and entity as the users they belong to ?
And is it right to say that all robots in modern folder environment are floating robot, and no more standard robot?
