Hello everyone,

the context is as follows: environment with HD robots, automation suite, with 15 unattended licenses and 5 production machines.

Having concurrent access I would only need 3 users in the scenario of using all 15 licenses (3 users x 5 machines).

My problem is that some robots carry particular configurations that I cannot replicate across all environments (e.g., proxies, applications, etc.). Now, my question is this: is it possible to use 3 users (U1,U2,U3) for all processes and for two processes in particular instead use other users on specific machine? (e.g. U4 on machine 1 - U5 on machine 2) so that configurations can be set up only for that user and only on that machine. What is the best way to handle this case study?

This is done with folders. Create folders for the automations that need specific configuration and robots, and only put those robots/machines into that folder.
