I wanted to reach out to discuss the possibility of offering a course dedicated to teaching UiPath Platform tools on an upcoming e-learning platform focused on the LATAM region. I am currently collaborating with this platform as a representative, exploring the opportunity to include UiPath-related content in their course offerings.

One of the key considerations—and perhaps the most critical—is ensuring compliance with UiPath’s intellectual property (IP) and trademark guidelines. We want to make sure that all legal and regulatory requirements are met before moving forward with this initiative. Specifically, we are seeking clarity on how to properly promote and commercialize UiPath-related content without infringing on any IP rights.

During my research, I came across the UiPath Academic Alliance Program, which seems relevant to our goals. While I reviewed the available information, I still have some questions regarding how cases like ours are typically handled. For example:
