GlobalHandler question

Hello folks,

Question for you wonderful people - I have recently downloaded the ‘Global Handler for Exceptions’ located at Global Handler for Exceptions - RPA Component | UiPath Marketplace.

In Studio, I am working on a project that was first created in StudioX. Because of this, the exception handler (GlobalHandlerX) is currently present in the project.

If I want to use the above linked ‘Global Handler for Exceptions’ should I just rename that file to GlobalHandlerX and replace the existing GlobalHandlerX file so that the project picks it up?

I don’t think I tried that yet. But it is much simpler than that (you don’t have to delete anything).

After you open your project with the snippet from Marketplace added, simply go to the Project panel, right click that new XAML file and click on “Set as Global Handler”. Your workflow will now be marked as the Global Handler for that project.
