Getting UiPath Orchestrator error {“message”:”An error has occurred.”,”errorCode”:0,”resourceIds”:null}

Hello,

I have installed orchestrator on my VM and now I want to add some friendly URL instead of “https://hostname.domain.com”.
After uploading the DNS/SSL certificates, Im getting below UiPath Orchestrator error {“message”:”An error has occurred.”,”errorCode”:0,”resourceIds”:null}.
If i remove the certificate and access the orchestrator with “https://hostname.domain.com” it works.
Any help please.

Copy SSL Certificate Thumbprint value(from IIS) to ‘Name’ field in appsettings document. Appsettings doc can be found in C drive → Program files (x86) → UiPath → Orchestrator → Identity folder
