Getting LogonUI.exe - System Error while robot running in unattended mode and its impacting robot run

Recently we are Getting LogonUI.exe - System Error while robot running in unattended mode (The system detected an overrun of a stack-based buffer in this application. This overrun could potentially allow a malicious user to gain control of this application) and its impacting robot run. Initially this issue randomly occurred in Production Bot machines and now its appearing in the Test Bot machines as well.
The above mentioned issue randomly occurring in any of the bot machines and once we did the restart its not appearing for a while and again started appearing and its impacting bot run.

Could you please let us know if anyone knows the cause for the issue and solution in detail.

What type of VM/server configuration are you running on ? Typically when using RDP this could occur issue maybe a driver incompatibility or due to a missing security update in the host system which windows treats as a malpractice attempt.

Also to check is the bot trying just the login or trying to execute a specific native service.
