Getting Error while try to send On behalf of

Hi all,
when I am trying to send onbehalf of a e-mail called “Zurich_PPMC_bot@dxc.com” , I am getting following error -401

Please note that I am sending through Exchange e-mail .

May be the company server is restricting you not to send

But …how come Get Exchange e-mail activity is working ?

needs to be set up like so

No hope…it seems using "send Exahange e-mail " activity for "on behalf “is bad idea”

whereas simple "send Outlook e-mail " is working with “on behalf”??

Any ideas …why "on behalf " is not working in "send Exahange e-mail “”

otherwise my client must have to open / install MS-outlook on the intance

Did you try with the same setup i posted ? I notice you have server and domain listed … also try the different versions of exchange

thanks it’s got fixed …we need to enter full e-mail id …instead of user id …thanks to all …
