Getting error in reading emails through exchange email activity after converting from legacy to windows

Hi,

I am getting an error on exchange email activity after I convert the process from windows legacy to windows. Can someone help me to troubleshoot this ?

  • I am using retry scope > Exchange scope > Exchange email.
  • Also using shared email.

Error is : Get Exchange Mail Messages: One or more errors occurred. (The request failed. The operation has timed out.)

Can you share screen print of the activities and parameter that your passing?

I am using Interactive authentication type. Added App id and Directory Id. User and Password. Exchange version 2013_SP1.

Do you see the login window opening?

Did you try to increase the timeout value..if not please tey the same

Hi @Anil_G I did not tried the timeout increase , and I did not see any login window opening.

Please increase the timeout and check

Anf for interqctive ideally you should be receiving the login screen

Alternately can you try to use O365 activities and check if that works as you are using interactive signin

What is an alternate activity to use for shared email . I am currently getting error on exchange email

O365 gives me this error.

  1. Connection method : property panel
  2. Provide details as per below highlighted screenshot

Hi, Thanks for suggestion but this is giving me an error. Please suggest some other thing to use shared mailbox.
