usually a syntax error in formula causes this or incorrect macro/vba
thanks for reply but in this I just read data from excel file
hv u tested it with another excel file
I can see in Task bar one excel file was opened and are you trying to read data from same file ?

no I am try to read the data from another excel file.But after close this will work for me
