Getting 2 Different Type Of Result from Data Extraction Scope Activity

Hi
Am getting 2 different results from data extraction scope activity.
when connected to an enterprise license bot is getting an encrypted result while connected to personal enterprise trail bot gives normal result. Any idea why this difference is happening and how to get normal result on enterprise orchestrator.

Please refer the value of extraction result below

Hi @unknownay ,

I believe the extractor from Trial License did not extract any information and thus the Extractor Payload is empty.

Have you tried exporting the Data Content and Checked if it does indeed has data extracted ?

Yes Data is getting extracted correctly. The only issue is this encoded result.

Is the Difference observed only in the ExtractorPayloads property ?

The Extractor Payload indicates some additional information provided by extractors. Maybe in case of the Enterprise trial the additional information is sometimes needed whereas for the Personal License, it would not be available.

However, Let us know what is the issue faced when these changes are there in the Extraction result.
