Get transation item is null

plsfind two screenshot i already have created que named as “orchi” now i am getting trnasactions from my queue i have all the status item successfull failure and in progress queue but when i debugg it get transaction item shows null.can you pls help m eout why it is giving null?

i updated the roles vivek but still in get transaction item its getting null values

Only the items which have status as “New” will be fetched by Get transaction items.

Answer from UiPath: a) if I’m done working through the Queue, how do I know?
