Get Status Detail UiPath

Hi everybody. I was wondering if it is possible to retrieve the status detail of a transaction. In the set transaction activity it is possible to specify a “reason” and “details” of the status. How can i get them later? for example, when using a Get queue items activity, looping on each item I an retrieve the status with “item.Status”, and so on for the Progress, Reference, SpecificContent… but what about the Details and the Reason of each Status?
