hi ,

while im trying to get data from queue ,
its throwing me this error.

Get Queue Items: Operation returned an invalid status code ‘Forbidden’

Can anyone help me please.

Please refer to the below link & check whether the Robot is assigned with specific roles.

Thank u so much for ur reply.
Tried changing Robot role settings what u have mentioned.
Now its not throwing me that invalid status code Forbidden error.
