Do you have outlook installed on your system?

yes but i am using an other mail adress

buddy try with your account once if you are able to get outlook mail from specified folder

@Soudios,

You can access the emails only from the email id configured in the Outlook.

If not configured, configure it once manually and then try.

Your outlook should be configured with the same email id you’re trying to automate

yes its the same mail adress, its working with my email adress on my laptop but not with the second one

i am connected with my second account on a web page

That’s the problem. Connect on outlook application. Connecting over webpage will not work

If the second account is connected via web page then you need to use office 365 mail activities instead or integration services

Outlook mail activities will work with only the installed outlook application and the mail configured in it

Is the language different in outlookweb?
IF yes, change it to the folder name visible.
