Sure. Im pretty much upset with the Uipath Forum and academy I don’t find any solutions for these errors. In Academy they directly jump into the program even though we mentioned as beginner :frowning: Very sad :frowning:

In the mail folder → give the account name/inbox

And try like this

Try removing everything from
Account and only give “Inbox” or “sample@gmail.com\Inbox”

Make sure to give the exact name as it looks in outlook profile

Do you possibly have more than one account or access to shared inbox on your mail-account? Could you please share this information, here an example of my Outlook Client (anonymized):

Blue: Mail Accounts
Yellow: Shared Inbox (I have access to)

What is the case for you, are you trying to access a mail account or shared inbox?

No … Not possible. Only one mail id for outlook has been logged into.

Alright, could you kindly try as follows:
In Input:

  • Account: YourEmailAccount@provider.com

  • MailFolder: FolderName to grab Emails from (usually Inbox), I’m using “Posteingang” as I have my Outlook in German language.

Actually first we need to sign in with the Microsoft outlook mail account in the Laptop/PC for the main System user account where I have logged in with the gmail account instead of Microsoft outlook. I have logged in outlook within the browser only. So UiPath was unable to access the mail box. Now I have set up the user account in my Laptop and the issue resolved. Thankyou
