Get Outlook Mail Messages - Folder Does not exist error

Hi,
When running the get outlook mail message activity I can read the messages in my Inbox no bother but when I try to get messages from a specific folder in my email I get the following:

“[ERROR] [UiPath.Studio.Shared.Logging.OutputLogger] [11] Get Outlook Mail Messages: The specified folder does not exist”

Anyone else came across and resolved this?

Check the settings

  1. Pass the account name in “Account” attribute and just the folder name in the “MailFolder” attribute
  2. Which folder are you trying to read? Are you able to see/open the same folder manually under the robot account?
  3. Provide folder path in correct format: - folder\subfolder
