Get outlook mail message troubleshooting with trigger

Hello all,

I get messages from outlook and it works correctly but just after add trigger (robot unattended) it is not working correctly .

I want to change the activity (get outlook mail message)

Witch one can replace this activity , and it will work correctly with the trigger please?

Hello,

the error is a pop up to give autorisation of access,sorry it is in french langage

Hello,

thank u for the solution , but my orgnazation can’t give me acess to modify the settings from trust center ) i tried this solution, but they can’t give me this acess to select the option

then for this reason iam searching any other solution to avoid this pop up by using another activity (smtp …or other acitiity)

Check your Junk Email folder
Clean out your inbox
Check your inbox filter and sort your settings
Check the Other tab
Check your Blocked senders and Safe senders lists
Check your email rules
Check email forwarding
Check if your account is blocked
Remove some connected accounts
Contact the sender
