Get Asset and Get Credential activities throwing error after Orchestrator upgrade. Also, the Job goes in pending state, but the Robot status stays available.
- Go to the location where Orchestrator is installed. Path:
Run -> Type "Inetmgr" -> Sites -> Select Orchestrator website -> Right click and select "Explore" -> It would take you to the folder where Orchestrator is installed. Refer the screenshot below.
- Open the web.config(for v2020.4.x or lower)/UiPath.Orchestrator.dll.config(for v2020.10.x or higher) file located in the installation directory. And look for "EncryptionKey" and ensure that it is the same as the Encryption key of the previous version. Repeat the same for "Decryption Key"
