How to manage the error "Form layout with specified 'FormLayoutGuid' already exists"?

Issue Description: Error is encountered while creating Form Task

Resolution:

  1. Try opening the form designer and do a small change like a label change (which can be reverted)
  2. Save the form
  3. Run the workflow again
  4. A unique GUID is generated with each form
  5. Update the form will help resolve the error

If issue is still not fixed, provide the workflow to UiPath Support for further investigation.
